Instructions for Application Process

Thank you for interest in The Continental Group’s employment opportunities.
  • All job offers are contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug screening and the successful completion of all background screenings.
  • The Company will not be responsible for fees arising from submission of applications or resumes by agencies through our system.

I understand that my employment with the Company is at will.  This means that employment may be terminated with or without cause or with or without notice at any time at the option of either employee or the company.  No manager, supervisor or representative of the company, other than the CEO or the President of The Continental Group, Inc. has authority to enter in an agreement to the contrary and any such agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.  I further understand that no oral promise, policy, customer business practice or other procedure (including the Company Handbook) constitutes an employment contract or modifications of the at-will employment relationship. 

I represent and warrant that I am under no contractual restrictions or obligations preventing me from working for The Continental Group or its subsidiaries, including but not limited to a covenant not to compete, confidentiality agreement, and/or trade secret agreement.  I further understand that prior to beginning work I will be required to sign a covenant not to compete, and/or confidentiality agreement.
