Message from the President
As President of The Continental Group, Inc., let me be the first to welcome you to our family of companies. Founded in 1990, The Continental Group traces its roots to the early 1970s and the vision and hard work of a University of Miami student, Gene Gomberg. From the start, Gomberg, understood the value of service, ethics and personal relationships.
Today, The Continental Group manages and maintains condominium and homeowner associations as well as multifamily rental communities in Florida, representing over 310,000 satisfied residents. Now in our 20th year of service we are proud to say that we have over 5,500 employees statewide.
As you become familiar with Continental and our mission, we aim to exceed your expectations. Our guiding principles include conducting business through open and honest relationships, bringing pride to our jobs every day and committing to delivering what we promise. We realize our business is all about relationships and our goal is to constantly enhance both the client and employee experience.
Being in the industry for the last 30 years, I realize that our competitors can try to replicate our products, but they cannot replicate our people. I believe there is no better spokesperson for our company and our services than someone who is happy with their job, feels valued and respected by their employer and peers. I truly believe that in order for our clients to have a great customer experience, we must foster an environment that recognizes employee contributions that align with our people-centered values and thus contribute to a great employee experience.
I also want to acknowledge our customers for entrusting us to manage the "Florida lifestyle" for their residents through sound business planning and execution, while at the same time providing a sense of identity and cooperative spirit in their communities.
