In addition to providing industry leading community association management services, Continental also provides property services for those clients who require full service property management. These services include lawn maintenance, landscaping and irrigation and pest control contracts.
Continental clients are under no obligation to utilize a Continental company for these services. Continental’s property managers are professionally trained to work with any service provider selected by the association’s board of directors by consistently setting expectations for the contracted vendor and ensuring accountability.
As our mission states, The Continental Group is built on the principles of service and ethics. For this reason, in cases where a management client of Continental’s wishes to obtain a bid from one of Continental’s property service companies, we will be the first to submit a sealed bid which goes directly to a designated member of the board. The association board will then compare it to other bids received and select the company they believe will best suit their needs. In this way, any perception of unfair advantage during the bidding process is removed from consideration.
