Our workstation is equipped with four large screen HDTVs, two desktop computer monitoring stations, and one desktop computer workstation which runs our ContinentalConnect™ software. The Front Desk Monitoring staff is focused on providing superior customer service after business hours. We ensure that your Front Desk staff is alert, in full uniform, and properly greeting your residents and guests. Lastly, the Front Desk Monitoring also helps to provide better safety and security for the lobby, staff, residents, and guests of your building.
