ContinentalConnect™ is our exclusive community management software, which provides a web-based platform to simplify all aspects of community management and communication between property managers, association boards and the residents they serve. Accessible 24/7, ContinentalConnect™ provides easy access to frequently updated, extensive information about your community. It is integrated with your community’s website, providing an excellent means of communication and information for Boards, residents and management. Connect Mobile™ allows our management teams to process violations in the field and wirelessly sync back to ContinentalConnect™ for the production of the physical violation reports, saving time ensuring accuracy and expediting the process. Violations are stored in ContinentalConnect™ , accessible by the board 24/7 and easily updated by the property manager to reflect status changes. A component of ContinentalConnect™ is the Community Website, a private homepage where residents, the building manager and board can communicate and update each other regarding important issues and information.
ConnectMobile™ also allows the management team to quickly produce work orders and document items pertaining to both the common areas of the Association and unit specific issues. Again, expediting the process and ensuring accurate and timely follow up.

Through ContinentalConnect™ and the Community Website, Board Members can view various Association specific reports. The system provides the flexibility to control what residents can access through the Community Website. For instance, a Board Only View will allow access to the Call Center Activity Report.
ResidentAlert™ lets property managers send vital phone messages to some or all residents of the association. No matter where they happen to be, residents are immediately alerted to situations needing their attention such as water main breaks, hurricane warnings, and other issues of importance. This component has proven to be extremely valuable during hurricane season.
MassCommunication™ provides the manager with easy access to all residents for the disbursement of important information, upcomming meeting dates and can assist in the dissemination of other specific information. |
