"From the start of our relationship with the Continental Team, we have been provided with prompt, professional service, expert reliable advice and access to important contacts in the banking and insurance industries, and other professional groups.
The Continental Group assisted us greatly during a time when we discovered we were left dangerously underinsured and without funds to purchase the required insurance. Our management team was able to quickly direct us to banking contacts which allowed us to obtain funding for the emergency purchase of insurance and to pay outstanding bills.
The communication during this time exemplifies the Continental team concept. We had our management team and people at the corporate level actively involved during this arduous process and were advised on a daily basis of activity. Continental has been instrumental in guiding us to determine and obtain the appropriate insurance coverage, with better rated carriers, at greater policy limits with lower premiums that we had been paying. This alone saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
Our community, like many others, is experiencing severe collection issues with foreclosures and other delinquent accounts. Continental advised us, energetically, to interview several firms to handle collections for us. This advice allowed us to identify a law firm that has taken over collecting delinquent accounts for us and, while we still have foreclosures and delinquencies, our cash flow has improved and the amounts owed are closely monitored.
Our staff, trained and supervised by The Continental Group, is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and focused on customer service. They have commented to the Board that they are treated with respect and consideration by their supervisors. That is directly reflected in their interactions with residents and the quality and performance of their duties.
In summary, we have had an exceedingly positive experience with Continental. In the two years since Continental has been on board, we have been able to repay our loan to the bank, and accumulate a surplus of over $300,000 assuring financial stability for our community.
